Rates & Fees
All jobs are time-based. Actual cost depends on total time worked, including access, stairs, waiting, parking and item list. Refer to our pricing page.

- Van: $80 per hour (incl. GST)
- 4.5 tonne truck: $140 per hour (incl. GST)
- 8.0 tonne truck: $150 per hour (incl. GST)
- Call-out fee: $100 (truck) $60 (van)
- Minimum (all vehicles): 2 hours
- Heavy item surcharge (e.g., piano): $200–$300 — please provide clear photos for an accurate quote
- Stairs: $20 per every 15 steps
- Glass items: quoted on arrival or via clear photos
- Parking penalties: passed through at cost (we recommend securing legal parking)

Van (麵包車)
Ideal for underground car parks and tight access. Capacity is smaller than a truck, so multiple trips may be required. We typically assign two movers for efficiency.
Parking & Access
Please arrange legal parking as close to the entrance as possible to minimise carry distance and time. Any parking fines incurred during loading or unloading are added to the final bill. Note that our 4.5-tonne truck (approx. 2.6 m high) cannot access underground car parks — choose the van option when height limits apply.

Customer Prep Tips
Clearly label boxes and mark fragile items. Let us know in advance about stairs, narrow hallways or steep driveways, and confirm parking options to avoid fines and delays. Pack tightly, seal boxes, and dismantle simple items if you prefer—we can also handle basic disassembly and reassembly on request.
Refunds & Cancellations
If you cancel 48 hours prior to your move, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancelling on the job day will also result in forfeiture of the deposit.
