1. Large Truck (8.0 Tonne Truck – “Move With Ease Large Truck”)
- Includes 2 professional movers
- $150 per hour (GST included)
- $100 call-out fee (within 30 km)
- Minimum service: 2 hours
- Minimum charge: $400
- After the first 2 hours, $80 per half hour
Height limit: 3.3 m
2. Small Truck (4.5 Tonne Truck – “Move With Ease Small Truck”)
- Includes 2 professional movers
- $140 per hour (GST included)
- $100 call-out fee (within 30 km)
- Minimum charge: $380
- After the first 2 hours, $70 per half hour
Height limit: 3.2 m
3. Van (Toyota Hiace – “Move With Ease Easy Mover”)
- Includes 1 professional mover
- $80 per hour (GST included)
- $60 call-out fee (within 30 km)
- Minimum service: 1 hour
- Minimum charge: $140
- After the first hour, $40 per half hour

TIMING
Billing time starts once the vehicle arrives and contacts the customer, and ends when all moving and final inspections are completed to ensure no items are left behind.
Packing Materials & Pricing
Shrink Wrap (Furniture Wrapping): $5 per item
Boxes: $5 each
Mattress Covers: $10 each
Pricing Method & Distance Costs
We charge based on hourly rates, with the final cost depending on the total time required for the move. For larger relocations, a fixed-price quote may be offered.
Distance-Based Costs:
Fuel charges, tolls, and travel time are calculated according to the distance between pickup and drop-off locations.
Low Call-Out Fee:
We charge a $100 call-out fee (truck) and $60 call-out fee (van) for Sydney metro moves, at the same rate as other service products. This covers travel time to and from the client’s location.
If a pickup or drop-off is outside the Greater Sydney area, your Move With Ease Coordinator will discuss the applicable call-out fee to account for return travel time.
